New Transport Canada STABILITY Ship Safety Bulletin

Transport Canada has released a new Ship Safety Bulletin (SSB) that, among other things, provides a new form to be used when recording vessel modifications.

It also provides details involving the situations where stability notices are required on both new and existing vessels.
