Safe loading of lobster fishing vessels

Investigation M23A0107 follows an occurrence on 06 May 2023, when two crew members fell overboard from the lobster fishing vessel Tracy Dawn. Following data gathering, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada has prepared Marine Safety Advisory letter 02/23 regarding the safe loading of lobster fishing vessels.
