Transport Canada Ship Safety Bulletin: Fishing vessel safety procedures and familiarization

Transport Canada has recently posted a new Ship Safety Bulletin. The bulletin is for masters and authorized representatives of Canadian fishing vessels and is a reminder of their responsibilities for developing emergency procedures and for training crew.
